This grant was setup in 1996 to help differently-abled children continue their schooling without interruption and assist them to reach their full potential. Grants are provided from grade one until they complete their University Education. This programme is mainly sponsored by the MJF Charitable Foundation.
Over the years, many have completed their university education and we even have one person passing out as a doctor. We have children who have excelled in sports and won medals at Asian Youth Para Games. Children of determination show that they can achieve greatness and a good example is when one of our children won a silver medal competing in the normal swimming nationals in Sri Lanka.
